When making a booking please check the availability using the calendar on this page. You can then request a reservation by phone or by email using our contact page. When we receive your request for reservation, we will hold the property for seven days. We will confirm your booking when we receive your deposit and signed Booking Form. The deposit required is 30% of the basic package cost. May we please ask you to carefully read the Conditions of Booking information, as we have assured all our owners that the high standards they have set themselves will be maintained by our tenants. We are sure you will understand the need for these safeguards as they enable you to book with confidence. Payment is accepted by cheque. You will then receive from 'Le Presbytere' a confirmation of your booking, usually by return of post. Paying by cheque by Mail: Please download, print out, complete and sign the Booking Form and mail it to us with your deposit. Please make cheques payable to 'Mr M Straiton'. The balance for the holiday & breakage deposit must be received eight weeks before the holiday commences. For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. On receipt of the final balance you will be sent details regarding your journey, access to the property including location map, and arrangements concerning keys etc..
